Can I see your ID please?

Know what I hate? 20 year olds with no costumes trick or treating. At least paint your face or put on a wig or something. If I am giving you perfectly good candy that I could otherwise be eating, you could at least make a little effort.

No costume == no candy in my books. Or, if said trick or treater is as tall as I am, they also get no candy. I don't care if you're a 7 year old with hyperthyroidism. Your parents can BUY you candy as far as I'm concerned, freako.
